Parents please help your children produce a holiday craft or trinket to sell.
Share an inexpensive table with a friend, neighbor and/or someone you’ve
never met! Have fun and make a few dollars. (You will NOT have to
physically man your table). A table is $25 and twenty percent (20%) of all
proceeds will be donated to the WJE (which is all tax deductible). Half tables
may be purchased at $12.50. Volunteers are welcomed. This sale is open to
the community on Saturday and runs concurrently with WJE’s post Conifer
Parade Bake Sale.
A few craft ideas to think about could include:
Holiday ornaments, decorated pinecones, painted gourds, pipe cleaner/felt
figures, jewelry, key chains, reindeer food, holiday stockings, cards or
stationary, decorated book covers, fleece scarves/blankets, picture frames,
magnetic photo frames, knit or crochet items (i.e. hats), items for dad,
clay/polymer/pottery items or homemade slime/play-doh. Items should range
in price from $.50-5.00 so the students can purchase gifts for their family.
