Parents help your children produce a holiday craft or trinket to sell. Share an inexpensive table with a friend and/or neighbor and have fun and make a few dollars. (You will NOT have to physically man your table). A table is $25 and twenty percent (20%) of all proceeds will be donated to the WJE (which is all tax deductible). Volunteers are welcomed. This sale is open to the community on Saturday and runs concurrently with WJE’s post Conifer Parade Bake Sale.
A few craft ideas to think about could include:
Holiday ornaments, decorated pinecones, painted gourds, pipe cleaner/felt figures, reindeer food, holiday stockings, cards or stationary, decorated book covers, fleece scarves/blankets, picture frames, magnetic photo frames, knit or crochet items (i.e. hats), clay/polymer/pottery items or homemade slime/play-doh. Items should range in price from $.50-5.00 so the students can purchase gifts for their family.
